Sklee Icon

An icon I made fer Sklee, the wandering Batpony Medic Wastelander. Was part of a FOE D&D RP I did a while ago.... but eh, here y'all go.
Added a restored retro pre-war translation collar, since in FOE Batponies can only talk normally in squeaky quiet voices or in screeches.
